For teens (12-18, into 2 groups based on age) coping with depression or anxiety, this group offers understanding, peer connection, and practical tools to manage emotions. Led by a licensed therapist, sessions include discussion, skill-building, and support in a safe, judgment-free setting.

Designed for teens who are pregnant or adjusting to motherhood, this group provides a compassionate and empowering environment to process emotions, navigate judgment or shame, and prepare for the next chapter. Participants gain peer support, coping strategies, and guidance as they balance school, relationships, and the transition into young parenthood.
