Teen Girls Mental health and Wellness group
For teens (12-18, into 2 groups based on age) coping with depression or anxiety, this group offers understanding, peer connection, and practical tools to manage emotions. Led by a licensed therapist, sessions include discussion, skill-building, and support in a safe, judgment-free setting.
Meets: In person- Wed 515pm-615 or 615-715pm.

Young Men Mental Wellness group
Designed to support boys ages 13-17 as they grow into confident, emotionally healthy young men. This group will be led by a male facilitator and will provide a safe space for young men to talk about real-life challenges while learning skills that help them succeed in life.
Topics will include:
• Emotional awareness and healthy expression
• Confidence and self-esteem
• Navigating challenges young men face today
• Life skills, etiquette, and leadership etc.
Our goal is to help young men develop character, resilience, and the tools needed to transition successfully into adulthood.

Grief Support Group
Our Grief Support Group is a safe and supportive space for adults experiencing grief, loss, or anticipatory grief related to a loved one who is ill or receiving hospice care. This group is designed to help individuals process emotions, build healthy coping strategies, receive support from others with similar experiences, and navigate the healing journey in a compassionate, understanding environment. Sessions focus on emotional support, grief education, connection, and resilience while reminding participants that they do not have to go through grief alone.
