How Do I schedule an appointment?To schedule your appointment, please feel free to contact us for a free 15 minute consultation, via email, phone or by submitting a contact form.

What are your policies?* Payment and Insurance Info * Self-pay options/pricing are discussed directly with the client during the initial consultation. Co-payments are sent after insurance is verified by the medical biller. * Cancellation Policy and Procedures * If the client does not cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time, the client will incur a missed appointment fee of $30. Communication about canceled or rescheduled appointments must be sent via email at healing@optimumhealingpathways.com or by contacting your assigned therapist. * If a client no-shows for their appointment, the client will be charged for the full session. ** Please note that these fees are not covered by insurance and will be billed directly to the client.
